The Marketplace enables local sellers to sell their products via our platform, helping to promote trade in our town.
• Be a company or a sole trader: To register as a seller, you must be a legally incorporated entity or a sole trader with an active business.
• Ship directly to the end customer: Sellers are responsible for shipping their products directly to consumers, using partner logistics services, such as CTT.
• Invoice the customer directly: Each seller must issue invoices directly to customers, in accordance with purchases made on the platform.
• Ensure a quality service: Excellence in customer service and customer satisfaction are fundamental. Sellers are expected to meet deadlines and guarantee quality products.
• Put the customer first: Always put the customer first, with personalised service and attention to their needs.
• Build a long-term partnership: By joining the Marketplace, sellers become part of a community that values and promotes local trade, with the aim of creating a sustainable and mutually beneficial relationship.

The subscription is free for the duration of the ‘Digital Neighbourhoods’ programme. We do not charge any commission on sales.
You can sell a wide variety of products, from handmade items to food, provided they comply with the Marketplace guidelines and applicable legislation
As a Seller, you have up to 24 hours to accept or decline an order after payment has been made.
The Seller is responsible for dispatching orders. We use CTT Express Post as our sole delivery method.
The only delivery method available is CTT Express Post. The delivery cost depends on whether you choose standard delivery or 24-hour delivery. The weight limit for parcels is 10 kg
Customers can pay using Visa or MasterCard and via bank transfer. The platform is responsible for processing the payment
Yes, the price shown on the product page already includes all applicable taxes and duties. Delivery charges are not included in the price.
Customers can ask questions about products using the “Ask the seller” feature, available on the product page.***
Customers must bear the cost of returning products that are not defective. Please refer to the return policy on your seller page.
The warranty for Marketplace products is the responsibility of the sellers, who must comply with Portuguese law.
Sellers are required to provide the warranty specified by law for each type of product.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, once the seller has confirmed receipt of the returned product.
